Vegetable production

In 2019, we got a land plot on the regional highway Krasnodar-Yeisk, a total area of 30 ha, of which 23 ha are allocated for open-field vegetable farming, with the further construction of greenhouses.

Other 7 ha will be used for the construction of a fruit and vegetable logistic cluster providing the whole range of services from storage, clearing, and calibration to packing any fruit and vegetable crops.

During the negotiations, it was decided to implement this project with participation in the state program of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Over the past few years, we have achieved successful results in growing French sweet corn Bonduelle. In 2020 a group of specialists from the Israeli company Netafim was involved in the project implementation. When obtaining a license for groundwater extraction, a 200-meter deep well with a flow rate of 50-60 m3/hour of water was put in operation. There was also built a water tower with a water reserve of 30 m3.

The whole complex of Israeli equipment was purchased, including drip irrigation.

The yield per hectare is more than 50,000 first-grade cobs. Annual delivery to Russian markets - more than 1.5 million cobs of sweet corn per year.

In the future SKIA plans to develop the remaining 7 ha together with the Kanevsky District Architecture. According to the plan, the new area includes a greenhouse complex and fruit and vegetable logistic cluster, providing the whole range of services from storage, purification, calibration, and packing of any fruit and vegetable crops. During the negotiations, it was decided to implement this project with the participation of the state program of the Ministry of Agriculture.
